I want to give a big shout out to Lisa who has been doing my eyelash extensions for quite a while now, she is amazing and she does the most beautiful eyelash sets, she also does a great job with waxing and eyebrows. I always leave 100% happy with her work!I also appreciate everyone else at hk nail, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, nails and pedicures here are also amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, best place around!

Highly recommend lashes by Lisa , she’s such a beautiful person and does the best work , takes so much pride in her work and making sure you are happy with the result . Have never a had an issue and have been going to her for so long . If you want to have a chat she will talk your ear off but if you want to relax and enjoy the music she’s more than happy to accommodate.

We had booked an appointment as we had a party to attend to (we are from Sydney) and we were still served an hour later so I had to change from a pedicure polish to just file and polish. Another lady was also there waiting longer than us and was reading a book, so that was a sign that this must happen often. Their equipment were not sterilised and were being reused. Then they charged me $90 for an SNS that needed another coat, and for just a file and polish on my toes. Must ask how much before you get anything done as I think they overcharged us because we were from out of town.Thanks for your reply Vivian.Just to let you know I was told my toes cost $40 when I questioned the price qhen I paid. Nails was $50 as there was no manicure.As for the utensils, I was looking at the lady next to me. Tools were not in sterilised bags.If you have 2 less employees you should tell people that are coming in that you are running late . Or you tell people who are making appointments that you cannot meet their time. There is a reason why people make appointments. This will provide better customer service.

I had such an overwhelming experience this morning.The team at HK Nails didnt know but i lost someone very dear to me last week, i have had an exhausting and emotional past week that i took my girls in for some formal preparation on lashes and nail beauty and for some pampering.The kindness and attention they gave all 3 of us was beyond amazing and from the bottom of my heart... thankyou. My daughters lashes were just WOW and very much looking forward to returning very soon.

I would like to give some positive feedback for Lisa. She has been doing my eyelash extensions now for a few months. I find that she is very professional and absolutely lovely to deal with, her work is amazing. I won't go anywhere else now to have them done.

I got natural volume extensions by Lisa, they looked really nice and she was super sweet, she also has a really nice and comfortable area, but they fell out in less then a week!! Not sure if it was the glue but was super disappointing after all the $$ I paid.

I highly recommend Lisa at HK Nails on Vincent street, Cessnock.Lisa does a beautiful, professional, wonderful job on my lashes every time. Lisa also is spot on with her waxing and tinting. Book in with Lisa and you will always have a great experience.

The care and attention to detail Lisa has for her customer's eyelash extensions and brow waxing and tinting are nothing less then exceptional!!!! Absolutely wonderful customer service and friendly atmosphere. A++++ would definitely recommend ❤️
