Adina Apartment Hotel Wollongong

The rooms were really cool and the beds were super comfy but they don't have room service. The location is excellent.

Lovely and clean hotel, great rooms and beautiful pool and spa. Service was friendly and so helpful and prompt.... we asked for extra towels and they delivered them poolside within minutes. Easy location near lovely restaurants... will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Stayed here for a quick trip away for my daughters 5th birthday & the staff were amazing they went above & beyond with a nice surprise for our daughter waiting in our room upon arrival, also got a free room upgrade :)The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for what we needed & had all the amenities you’d need like a smart TV, free wifi (decent speed) a reasonably sized kitchenette with a dish washer, a washing machine & dryer which was a plus.The balcony was very spacious.My only gripe would be the tv in the bedroom being in a weird position it could only be seen by 1 side of the bed. Also the area seems to be prone to the odd engine revving hoon now & again through the night which was quite loud even with all the windows closed so might be something to think about if you have a light sleeping baby.Location was very central with the beach a short stroll away, plenty of restaurants & shopping within walking distance & parking was super easy under the building with access to the lifts straight to your floor.Pool was decent with a spa & sauna & a small gym as well.All in all this is not a 5 star hotel nor does it pretend to be but it was more than comfortable & reasonably priced compared to everywhere else we looked & especially being a last minute booking during school holidays. Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to explore the Wollongong areas & surrounds.

We found the hotel very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am very Happy to say we have finally found the place where we can stay with our disabilities and equipment. I can not recommend this apartment highly enough. We have tried everywhere but without success until we found the Adina apartment.

I really wish I could rate the hotel higher as staff was very friendly and helpful; but .. first night I ran out of body wash, second night I ran out of shampoo .. plus a light globe gone (it happens) a weird table where there is glass on top quite dangerous, kept sliding as to fastened; I gave one star because of the bad insulation . at $250 a nigh I expect not to hear slamming doors all day long and all evening long .. big turn off for next time I'm in town; doors hinges need to be tunned or doors changed, at this price tag that's not acceptable, not talking about hearing walking noise from room right up from me, and screaming kids 2-3 rooms away (poor neighboors), very bad insulation overall

We were early. Room wasn't ready. We asked if our daughter could use the pool. The lady said do you have a key? Then you can't use the pool. Go do something else. The same lady refused to call us if our room was ready early

Lovely spacious apartment and location is perfect. Definitely value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed sleeper sofa was a bit uncomfortable but the single beds in room was very good. Perfect size kitchen are with everything you need. Big fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery and much more. There is a big TV in lounge area and a little tv in the room. Spacious Bathroom had a bath and shower plus there is a washer and dryer. Little balcony area unfortunately there was a few cockroaches. We enjoyed the gym, saurna, swimming pool and jacuzzi. We took a early morning walk on beautiful beach that's only a 5 min walk from the apartment. Was on first floor will definitely ask a little higher up next time. Unfortunately no beach view from these apartments. I will definitely stay there again.

I had an extended stay here and the room was spacious with a separate bedroom and lounge/dining area. Having a kitchenette was helpful. The bed was very comfortable. There were 2 TV's in the place which was great. They set up Chromecast so you can cast anything from your device to the TV which I loved (once I got my device to link). I was by myself but if there are 2 people, the TV in the bedroom is tucked up against the wall and wouldn't be visible to one person. Having it on a adjustable bracket would be helpful. I appreciated the ability to charge my meals back to the hotel at 2 local restaurants but they are similar places (Lebanese/Mediterranean and Greek/Mediterranean- I visited each place twice) so having a different option would be helpful. I certainly took advantage of the many restaurants that were close by. Having a washing machine and dryer was good for my extended stay but the laundry powder was never replenished after the first sachet. Also milk for coffee was not restocked until I asked after 4 days and then it wasn't restocked again before I left. The rooms do not all have luggage racks in them but one was happily sourced for me on request. I did give verbal feedback as I checked out. I did forget to say about the spa which was nice but needed a clean of the floor as you could feel sand in the base of it. Overall a few things that could be improved but I would happily stay there again.

Worst stay ever. Please avoid this place. Here are the reasons:1) Our room was not clean. Found a cockroach next to my baby cot. Reported to the staff and they said it’s beyond their control !? Be careful !!!2) Also found stains in bathroom and cracks on wall.3) I got charged for a bottle of white wine even though I did not touch a thing in the minibar. Only found out a few days after the trip; i.e. they did not say anything at check out and charged my bank behind my back. Emailed them to get it checked but my email got ignored til today.
