Ordered a brass finish entry set of this brand from thelockshop.com.au - n2klok claimed it would arrive in two days. We booked the builder to install it and other things in nine days time. The day before it still hasn't arrived. No call, no follow up. Found out they had simply stuffed up and forgotten to send it. No apology. Just it will be with you next week. They are obviously incompetent and unreliable. Won't be ordering any of their products again.

Peter and Dylan really know their stuff.Great products and their customer service and after sales service really is second to none. I'd been on the market for high end locks for quite some time, and their sand-cast range was not only stunningly made, but also very reasonably priced.They really are top blokes running an honest family business.You cant go wrong with N2lok

Bad quality and even worse customer service. Bought a $700 entry handle that broke and only would replace 2 parts that weren’t needed, then threw their hands up and said tough luck. 5 year warranty apparently means under 7 months. Avoid them, not worth it.
