Andrew was fantastic with his service and follow up when purchasing our Redgum Deluxe Wood Splitter. Paul also followed up and got back to me promptly to advise when it would be available to pick up and greeted us at reception.Ethan was very knowledgeable and excellent with his explanation to us on how to use the wood splitter.Service is what sets this great business apart from the rest. Went to your shop, spoke to a person behind the counter, I had a broken push mower plate, your person said he wasn’t interested in helping me he was too busy. When to lawn mower repairs Woodend, the person gave me a new plate and bits to fix my mower. Your store and people are a joke.
