Wide variety of vegetarian products at great prices

I found this hidden gem from HappyCow. I decided to visit this vegetarian store after eating around the area with my kids. They had varieties of frozen vegetarian and snacks/biscuits. The place was sparkling clean and felt very welcoming unlike other stores around the area. They had selections of tea that I was interested in and mind you as a white person I am, I was confused of the variations of Asian teas. I was greeted by a young gentlemen who was very helpful and explained the variation of the teas to me (unbelievable!) and my kids was interested in chestnuts and he was very helpful in showing which ones they had available. I was very impressed with the customer service and he made me felt welcomed! This customer service is unlikely in Cabramatta! The older lady (possibly his mum) was very friendly as well even at checkout, (possibly mother and son duo owned shop?). I will definitely be returning here for some frozen vegetarian next time but I wish they also stocked Beyond or chilled plant based food!

I really had great experience here. I did not try their specialty vegetarian products here but I buy medicated oils here. I receive very great customer service from the young male staff and the older female staff. My family member has severe pain and the male staff taught me how to use products efficiently and taught me some amazing acupunture pressure points to do and it works so amazingly and no other place in Cabramatta will teach you like this on how to apply medicated oils or acupunture points. The female staff also helped by telling me what the medications can do because she use them too. Thank you to the two staff members very much for the 5 star customer service and help. Appreciate it much.
