Great discussions with Steve today. He took us through the different models we were looking at and gave us Clarity. Choosing a van is more about elimination than selecting. We have now narrowed what we want down. We are yet to pull the trigger to buy, but we will go back here first.

Super helpful. The sales assistant was wonderful and put up with us going in and out of vans for over an hour. Answered all our questions. Left is alone to walk in and out of the two vans we couldn't decide between. Couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

We got handover a week ago, Dave the handover guy was great, we had a list of questions with us but didn't need to bring it as Dave covered everything, what an asset to the company. Definitely worth dealing with these guys at camperagent.

I tried to trade my 2018AVIDA Escape (5year warranty)(Dec 2017 plate, First registered feb2018 ), Motorhome, which is still under warranty( 9months Left) Only 67000km done. Van was serviced on time by fiat Agent always) ,but the Avida service was ignored because it was a joke to get them check the house furniture was ok ) Andrew the boss offered me 80K only if I buy 145K new KEA, I just advertised in our club website for 118K, and got offers from everywhere up to full price. Today for a new Escape it is over 140K, then I have added Bullbar, R/Camera, Inverters, Two TVs, extra water tanks, Would cost someone 150K, There is nothing available in the market like mine for sale. Be aware of these guys when it comes to trade ins. Do your survey first. Best thing was Andrew refused my counter offer of 90K, Aren't I lucky. Thanks for that.Finally I decided NOT to sell because, I will be 'Motorhomeless' for 12 to 18 months due to the wait time for new ones Dont believe any response by them, Latest mews is. A professional detailer did a good job of cleaning and covering up any holes in one day for 800 dollars, It was sold for 118K . Get independent advice for trade ins. just after i got a deposit, another person from Melbourne offered 119K and told me to return the deposit of the first person and give it to her. I dont do unethical things. These days anything sells

Had a great experience with our recent caravan purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, no pushy sales tactics and even went so far as to have our van delivered to our rural location at the drop of a hat when our tow vehicle fell through. Our sales rep Steve O was awesome and the guys at handover were very detailed and thorough. Good customer service can be hard to come by but these guys have it covered.

Only went to browse what the future could be and Drove away with a new Avida Esperance, very large selection of stock, RV Camper Agent staff were very helpfull, pleasant and full of knowledge. A great family owned business, with the owners being a delight to meet. Real people,l great customer service and peace of mind in our purchase.Would recommend to anyone looking for new or used motor home/ caravan.
