Really had bad experience with this real estate, we bought an off the plan property in Liverpool from them.For three years, nothing happened with that property, never received any information from this real estate on progression despite several attempts from our lawyer. Our sunset date extended by one year. We requested so many times to vendor to rescind, no response from the vendor and no help from this real estate. After 3 years we finally got out of that contract. Be careful when you buy off the plan property from this real estate. This family business gave worst experience in our life.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Wiseberry Prestons these past few years. They have a great team of professionals that are always helpful and respectful. Also a huge thumbs up to Zoe Lampasona who is an excellent property manager and was especially helpful to us.

I've been with Wiseberry Prestons for almost 2 years now. I have never had such an easy, smooth experience with property management. The whole team are professional, timely, and communicate everything very clearly. I have dealt with other agents before, some bad and some good. Wiseberry are outstanding. I could not recommend them more. I trust them with all affairs of my investment property and am grateful for such a good team.

Our agent did a good job of balancing the needs of landlord and tenant in a fair manner. Was always understanding of circumstances, was always quick to respond in urgent repair situations and overall I am pleased to have rented through Wiseberry prestons

Trustworthy, knows market, knows the price range, ethical, quick and timely feedback. Uses industry knowledge in decision making, I was surprised at how many prospective buyers came through the house in a short space of time. Very friendly staff.

I am highly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency exhibited by Zoe Lampasona.The very day I offered my property to Wiseberry to rent out, it was leased the same day at the top bracket of the agreed weekly rate.I must say, am not only satisfied, but delighted as well.

It was a big mistake using Mitch Crawford (Wiseberry Prestons) as a selling agent for my investment property. Don't make the same mistake I made ! Mitch was always impossible to contact, slow in returning calls and/or didn't respond, didn't always provide an update on progress of open houses and appeared busy" selling other properties. On a few occasions an open house for my property wasn't even organised with Mitch providing no advanced warning. Please do not use Mitch if you value your time and money."

Unprofessional is an understatement. Making a tenant feel like she has no rights. Hard enough i have to move now. Lies left right and centre. Allowed them to show the house while I'm not home. Yet they disrespected me by moving all my belongings in my home also not to mention came around a second time without my consent. No email or notice. And they just think its there way or the highway. Sending me my tenant agreement like this is what you agreed. No1 has any rights to move around your belongings. Single mother came home from work and freaked out everything was moved around. I may not own the home but don't touch my stuff. Respect people's property. Never would I deal this this agent. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
