Staffs here extremely friendly and helpful, especially the purple hair lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) at checkout, so lovely. I was here early when my order wasn’t ready, she’s more than happy get them for me instantly, one of the items was out of stock, she went above and beyond managed to get another brand, match price and finish the order in a tick! These guys are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to whitegoods. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for new appliances. Their display stock specials are especially sweet. Will definitely be going back next time I need something for my house.

Took back a pair of faulty Sony noise cancelling headphones, the manager was amazing and got someone to help me straight away. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the sales person but he couldn’t have been more helpful and despite dealing with 2 other customers I was served really promptly and the whole exchange took less than 10 min which is great when you have a child in tow. Exceptional customer service

We're having issues with wifi at home. No coverage in the house. The nice tech guy was helpful and professional and pointed me in the right direction to fix my problem. Got home and tried the new mesh system and no more dead spots and super simple to set up. Thank you.

There were plenty of staff and the shop was near empty. We were greeted at the door and were asked if we needed help. We were directed to the USBs, but we couldn't find what we were looking for. We were left to our own devices for quite some time whilst staff conducted their various conversations with each other. I felt uncomfortable with interrupting them.Eventually, a staff member clued in that we couldn't find what we we wanted, and he came over to assist. We found him to be very helpful.I just wonder if we would have been helped faster if we had mentioned we were interested in a big ticket item.

Recently bought a washing machine from the Bundall store and was served by Anita. She was so friendly, polite and had a wealth of knowledge on the products. She went through each brand with us and explained all the functions etc, even when it was almost close of business. We were so impressed with her customer service skills, she is an asset to the store.
