Everyones experience is different and everyones perspective is different. This review is from my experience at IPT and I hope for others their experience is better.During my appointment for my tax return I was unable to speak comfortably with the agent so I could communicate with them my earnings and expenses through out the year.I found their tone and choice of words to be unprofessional to the point where I decided not to lodge my tax with them.
