Came in on Boxing Day and even though it was absolute madness, staff still found the time to notice I needed help and were friendly and knowledgeable. Also loved that staff were able to help out at the pay points around the store to keep the line moving.

I'm a bit blown away with the exceptional service I received at JB Hi-Fi Canberra center - I felt compelled to ask for names and write this review.I needed a product warranty replacement and didn't have my receipt, It was a recent puchase and i thought I'd take the chance at the service desk to see if they could hunt down my receipt from another store. The staff went above and beyond to help me, it was a timelyprocess but they kept reassuring me and said it was no trouble along the way.Thanks to Alysia, Zoe, Allegra and the gentlemen that processed my warranty exchange.

Date:12th may 2023 around 7pm..I am utterly disappointed with the appalling service provided by your store's manager. Despite the camera being advertised at a specific price in the display price ticket, it was not honored, and the manager's handling of the situation was disgraceful.Instead of acknowledging the error and apologizing for any inconvenience caused, the manager's rude and dismissive attitude towards us was unacceptable. The manager even had the audacity to insinuate that a customer had tampered with the price tag, despite only staff having access to it. This kind of blame-shifting is unacceptable, and it is not the level of customer service we expect from a reputable store like yours.To add insult to injury, the manager asked us to provide proof of the error after switching the camera. Furthermore, the manager's statement that it is not their responsibility to check every ticket is both ludicrous and insulting to customers. It is unacceptable that we were subjected to such disrespectful treatment, despite our understanding of the human error.As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, and the manager's actions fell far short of this standard.

Shoutout to Laksh for being super helpful and getting me a great deal on a bundle of stuff I needed for a job last minute. Even under pressure and time constraints, he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. Thank you Laksh!
