Thanks again for the best brows!!I have seen Shianne the last few times I’ve been and she’s done such an amazing job.I have been coming here for the last few years with the goal of getting to a fuller brow (naturally) after years of me over plucking them, I am extremely happy with my brows and the progress that has happened over this time..It can truly be so hard to put your confidence in someone when it comes to your brows as they have the ability to change your face so much but the girls here are all amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

I travel from Newcastle just to get my brows done here! I only started going as I was going to Sydney and needed my brows done on that day so I started calling all businesses from here to there and Jada was able to fit me in due to a cancellation.After just one appointment, I haven’t been able to go else where! My brows always feel full, shaped and the colour matches me perfectly. The staff are also kind and helpful. Only thing I’d change is I wish I lived closer! But the price is so adorable that it covers the cost of travel ☺️

The team at Luxe Lash & Brow Co are so thorough in their work, and I leave feeling a hundred bucks every single time. The girls always make you feel so welcome, and it's clear that their focus is on delivering a quality experience rather than churning and burning through as many clients as possible. Cannot recommend them enough, by far the best lash and brow techs on the coast.

I have been going here for a while now they are great. I always walk away happy with the results. I have been growing in parts of my brows and they have managed this so well, ensuring my eyebrows stay in shape and look great (despite the patches) - definitely a great service!! Highly recommend ⭐️

Not happy Jan. Booked online to have hybrid infill on my way through from the country. Had left a phone message asking if what I had booked was ok? No one rang me back or contacted me. Arrived to find they have a “policy” to NOT do infills unless they did the original lash extensions! What? Was desperate for the infill but they wouldn’t budge. Finally “allowed” me to have classic infill on my 3D lashes. Crazy. Nothing alerted me on their booking site about their “policy”. I’m obviously NEVER coming back - nor is anyone visiting them that isn’t local. Bad policy decision Luxe Lash and Brow Co. Oh and even more confusing - I HAD a refill over the year- end holiday and no such policy was mentioned then. Not good. Now have lashes that are a crazy mix of 3D and classic. So upset and disappointed. Never again.

Luxe Lash Brow & Co is one of the few places I trust and love to get my eyebrows done at. Every time I come here it’s always such a welcoming, calming atmosphere. Not to mention they absolutely kill the eyebrow game every time. I will always recommend Luxe to get your brows done!!
