Flick provided great customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. I went through them for my termite inspection, interior/exterior pest spray and chemical re-application of my reticulated termite system. Very friendly and prompt staff over the phone, through email and in person. Garry (the technician providing the service) was very friendly, informative and good with my dogs. Would definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional and very very poor communication, never calling back for weeks. they continued to take a monthly payment out after the 12 month payment plan had expired, when they assured us from the beginning that it would only be a 12 month period of monthly deductions then stop. When asking them to stop doing this they said that they'll get back to us and didn't and then proceeded to take another monthly payment for a service still not provided. Can't blame covid for this one. My advice, don't go on a payment plan! Pay up front.
