One of the most rudest pharmacist ANDREW, that I have ever encountered. Condescending, arrogant and down right rude. Simple error in hearing a name similar to mine resulted in a lecture followed by giggles by both Andrew and one of his female (Asian) colleague. These “staff” members are damaging your brand. A course in customer service is badly need for these individuals.

Racist staff, extremely cramped up pharmacy. I was looking at a few products and the staff kept hovering around me even when I required no assistance. When I proceeded to pay and leave I was stopped by the security and asked to show my bag, no other customer (they were obviously white) in the store was asked the same when they were leaving. He checked the bag and didn’t even apologise. Racist staff and security.

Security was overly investigative and we’re asked to count items repetitively for no reason even after being very compliant. Staff were great but need to review who they place on security!

A lot of stock packed into a small store, so there's a huge range to choose from, which is great. The downside of this is that the aisles are far too narrow. You're either trapped or inconveniencing someone else. When I'm there with my son in his pram, it takes up the entire aisle and I either have to back out or the poor person opposite me has to exit via the other direction.

Came in and was waiting at the pharmacist's counter to ask about a prescription. There were 3 sales assistants/ pharmacists behind the counter arguing about how they did not like their shift times. Saw me. Ignored me. Lovely. I stood right up to the counter and finally someone decided to come over. I showed my prescription and she told me that this item is on the shelves and does not need a prescription. I said are you sure. She checked in the computer and uh-oh she had made a mistake. Refused to admit her error. How is this person employed as a pharmacist? I walked straight out the door and got my prescription filled at Priceline across the road.

Staff are alright and selection is good but I have the same complaint as a lot of other reviewers.....the aisles are way too narrow and it makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I have lost count of the times, over the years, that I have walked in here and then decided to go to either another pharmacy or a supermarket to get my items, simply because I saw there were a few others in the aisle, you really have to push past or worry about knocking everything off the shelf everytime you pass someone.
