Whilst the pricing is right the service is shocking and the lady at the door is as much use as a chocolate kettle.

The customer service representative who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they had available, and he listened carefully to my needs and preferences to find the perfect headphones for me.What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable the staff were. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the products they had available. It's clear that the staff here take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction.The headphones I purchased were of excellent quality, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The extended warranty 'replacement warranty ' is a complete scam it was explained to me that if the product is faulty they would replace it in store no issues.. that is so far from the truth when you go to claim the extended warranty they want nothing to do with it they tell you to call the number on the warranty paperwork which then tells you to send it off to be assessed....at your own cost.the extended warranty has nothing to do with jb hi fi they just make it sound like the best thing ever till you have the nightmare of trying to claim it

Great advice given for a less than $200 purchase where there are a lot of options that seem similar to a non-expert.

Have used this store consistently for many years. I've always been impressed with the staff and services. Knowledgeable and friendly.

It's almost like Bunnings, but in a HiFi way. It's amazing what they have on offer. The staff are cheerful.

We recently bought an upright freezer from this store. When we couldn't find a single freezer on the floor we weren't too optimistic about our chances of finding what we wanted. Fortunately we found Craig who went above and beyond to help us. He checked the availability of every single freezer until he found one that was in the warehouse. We paid and Craig arranged delivery for the next day thus saving the contents of our old dead freezer. Great job Craig. Thanks Tom n Jan

We had done our homework online on fridges before going into the store, so we knew what we wanted. Staff were really helpful and triple checked the bonus was applied. Quick through registers(apart from me transferring money into the wrong account, haha), and delivery was organised for the next day. Great communication through the entire process. Will buy from here again, really happy.
