Magnifique!Wonderful french atmosphere with french music and mouth watering delicious food.Great gem! We will frequent this often.. plenty of parking and spacious and clean restaurant with brilliant and attentive wait service.Five star for sure.

Ive been in this restaurant a few times. Nice restaurant with white table cloth. All food and a presentation of food are amazing. Stuff are friendly and smiley.

Had dinner in the Restaurant to serving and the Food was outstanding. I was visiting a friend from interstate who was staying at the Hotel. I would definitely go to the Restaurant again even if I was not staying at the Hotel. I am from a Restaurant background the food and presentation was superb.

Very comfortable clean and spacious room within short walking distance of Highett Main Street with plenty of shopping & eating possibilities. Pleasant welcoming staff. Could not find fault.

THE MOST BIZARRE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! Reception staff were Rude and even started yelling (it was really embarrassing)I had to ask the Asian reception lady to please calms down, lower her voice and stop yelling at me.I work in hospitality and understand booking through a third party can cause a mix up. As they hadn’t received the email yet I showed the confirmation email I had - However, The staff were aggressive rude and unwilling to listen.We waited In reception for over an hour at night for their email (which didn’t come) and exhausted, finally paid a second time direct with the Buckingham-The next day when the email had come through, they refused to refund us for paying twice, the second time directly through them.The Asian lady wouldn’t even listen and began and screaming so loudly that she didn’t have to do anything and didn’t care what had happened the night before - I was so stunned I didn’t know what to say… her high pitched rant brought two other staff out from the back to see what was happening. I was still standing slack jawed when the Manager finally took over and had to continue to tell the staff to be quiet as they randomly began yelling at me again.Finally he understood we had paid twice, both directly and through a third party and was happy to refund us for the direct booking. But the staff continued to attack us as if we had done something wrong…

Great location and Great staff members. The room I stayed in was nice, ONE thing I hate is the tiny little milk cups. What a waste of time. But Great motel to stay at.

The French restaurant was just as good as my last visit 2022. Great find in Bayside suburbs.

The shower has no water pressure when hot water is moved hotter. Took 20min to have 5 min shower as water would suddenly get cold for no reason. The bed is very firm but the pillow is all air and 2 pillows still not sufficient .Very clean appearance is great .Just not a comfortable sleep.And felt like a heart attack when the water got cold in the shower.Staff is fantastic.
