A five star rating for Dr Webson Sibanda and the team at Pacific Smiles, Newcastle. I am greeted with professionalism and kindness during each appointment.Dr Sibanda also assisted me after my maxillofacial surgeon went away and there was no one to see me post my wisdom teeth extraction. The team managed to fit me in despite being incredibly busy.

Dr. Webson Sibanda is very patient and he kept encouraging me during the procedure. All staff are very friendly and kind, and I even didn't expect that I could get wisdom tooth removal and filling in one hour, given the fact that I was a new patient. So 100% satisfied with the professional service and super fast treatment. Really appreciate Dr Webson. And definitely recommend this dental centre.

Unfortunately, the time and care was not taken, Andy the dentist was rough and rushing. The filling that was suggested was not visible on the x-ray. I feel the money spent was not worth the service.

I would not recommend this practice. During a check up and clean I was told I needed a filling on one of my teeth replaced and to come back ASAP. However, when I went to get this filling at another practice I was told it was absolutely not necessary. A waste of everyone's time and money.
