I can definitely say that I will not be melting this summer or freezing this winter as I finally have an aircon unit that has been professionally installed by Ahmad! He has been nothing but professional, responsive and so patient with all of my questions. Despite the scheduling hiccups (admittedly, this was part of my fault as I tried to schedule in an installation during Easter - I know, dummy mistake), Ahmad was able to install the aircon units a week later. From the get go Ahmad was very informative about which air conditioner would be suitable for my house. As I wanted the latest and smallest size in diameter for the corner of my sunroom he suggested the Daikin Zena 6.0kw. Ahmad worked tirelessly and was very thorough in his measurements inside and outside. My property is double brick which is generally a lot harder to install however he was very good with his tools that I was so impressed. I would be happy to have him install another a/c or ducted in the near future. I would also like to mention that he was very honest with his prices and did the electrical installation to the box profficiently too. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Highly recommended. Very professional and smooth service, they look after their clients, advice and guide very well. They have fitted the central aircon in our 3 bedroom house, were with us in home almost full day, worked calmly and finished smoothly. Very happy with the customer service and professionalism.
