I have used ARB products for over 35 years. The design and quality has always been at the forefront IMO. I have dealt with a few different dealerships and they have always been friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended this store. Their attention to detail when doing any job is next level and best customer service.

Shout out to ARB Albury-Wodonga. I had a little problem with my ARB stretcher, emailed to enquire about it and they replaced the stretcher no questions asked. Much more than I had expected and really appreciated. Great service!

Credit to the team at Albury ARB. After having travelled over 100k/km, my left rear BP51 failed. It had travelled as far as Gibb River, Cape York and the High Country, so it had been worked. I called the team at 9:15am and by 11am, I was driving away with a replacement unit. Incredible service and exceeded my expectations. I'm heading back north, but if ever I'm back, I'll drop in. I highly recommend them and the BP51's. Thanks

Very disappointing still waiting on a quote for a rack for my canopy, couldn't get information on anything I wanted just got told it wouldn't work on my canopy won't be going back.

ARB Albury, what a joke. First time I’ve ever used them and will be the last. Rang up in hope they would have some what of a idea about suspension to suit my vehicle over 3 months ago. Gave them my exact weight which was off of a weigh bridge and everything and their so called sale rep advised me on the correct suspension to suit my car and weight of the car. Waited 3 months for all of it to come in and book with Albury ARB to fit. Brought the car in on the day the suspension was be fitted to them saying “sorry this suspension won’t suit your car and weight”. I waited 3 month for them to tell me it wouldn’t suit my car and after calling up to give exact weights and everything they tell me 3 months on the day it’s to be fitted. Also the boss of ARB was absolutely rude to me as a customer who’s waited over 3 months for suspension on a car. Do not use these unprofessional and rude business

ARB have just completed a suspension upgrade on my Suzuki Jimny and they have done a fantastic job. The professional advice offered is exceptional and is only surpassed by the good natured attitude of Jess and the rest of the crew. Great to do business with such a professional outfit.

Careful... Quoted including installing my own driving lights which I was to supply and they were more than happy to fit. The day came for doing the job (over 2 months waiting). When I got there a lady (I think it was Jess) walked around my Prado looking and commenting on all damage and writing it down on a check sheet. Small things like chip in windscreen.Then a bit later in the morning I get a call to say sorry we can't fit your driving lights they are way too big and don't fit under the top bar. (BTW, I have fitted them since and the fit perfectly with space to spare). They also gave the excuse when I pressed them to fit them that they will interfere with the distance sensor on the speed cruise (Well that is in the middle behind the Toyota badge so that was also BS)So I expected the total amount to be reduced by the driving lights fitment price, but no..... They slug me with a bill for a new spotlight which they claim was broken and needed to be replaced. They had replaced it without calling me and left it until I sent my wife to pick the car up to and just casually mentioned it to her.When I called to try get the credit there was no budging from them. I know my spotlight was not damaged, but yeah I let it go in exchange for this 100% truthful review.PS. Thanks for not fitting my driving lights ARB.PSS. You also scratched my bumper while fitting. A deep scratch right through the white paintwork.
