I have always found Hearing Savers to be very reliable and prompt in supplying my hearing aid accessory needs - batteries and click domes. Their products are very reasonably priced and the batteries have a long shelf life. They have even been prepared to supply me with retention lines for my hearing aids which are not part of their product catalogue. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

My God the industry has come a long way in the last 15 years since people like HearingSavers have entered the field. In the old days there was no transparency, and most places like audioclinic were absolute rip-off merchants, but I cant speak highly enough about HearingSavers. The team at Essendon (Amanda, Michael and Erin) have been fantastic to deal with, and HearingSavers have bent over backwards to accomodate all my needs and special circumstances (which kept changing!). I cant believe how patient they have been with me. Well done guys!

I highly recommend Hearing Savers at Bentleigh, Victoria. Their pricing is very competitive and unlike other dealers, they didn't press me to buy the most expensive hearing aids available. With the ones they provided, I can now hear the local magpies at sunrise, and my acoustic guitar sounds like it used to 30 years ago. Thank you audiologists Frenz and Adrienne!

Have bought hearing aid batteries online from them several times. I find they have the best prices and have always provided me with excellent service. I've often received my hearing aids within 2 business days. Recently, when my latest order hadn't arrived (from Aust Post) within 9 business days, Hearing Savers very kindly sent me another set of batteries immediately. Amazing service. Heartily recommend them.

Many years ago I went to Bentleigh Hearing Savers to have my hearing aids adjusted. Even though they did not usually work with my brand they provided me with excellent service and I have been using their services ever since. I now have a new pair of hearing aids and have them adjusted annually. Their audiologists listen to your needs and diligently test and adjust the aids accordingly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. This is the company you should go to for excellent hearing aid service!
