I've been getting my hair cut here for over 3 years now and I love the place. Matt's a great hairdresser and all the people there are really friendly. I look forward to going in every time.

They give a good haircut, but the woman is not very nice. Complains about other customers while they're not there, is very elitist. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. For the price you can get a haircut that is just as good elsewhere

So lucky to have been recommended this place! I've been getting my hair cut and coloured by either Mel or Cheryl for a few years now. They really listen to what you want and definitely deliver the goods. I know how scary it is going to a new hairdresser, but these guys are great.

This was my first time at Barberia and my quest to find a good hair dresser in Sydney still remains! I walked in this afternoon for a haircut and was pretty disappointed with the quality. Though a very friendly group of people, the hair dresser, I think was least concerned about the outcome. $58 for a mens hair cut was a rip off, considering the casual attitude displayed and the end result wasn't pleasing at all.I don't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good professional hair dresser.Cheers.

I've been a client of The Barberia for eight years and a review is overdue. Matthew is a brilliant stylist and Cheryl a great colourist. Ably supported by Mel (who's no slouch herself), these guys run an outstanding show and it's always fun to go there. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

These guys are fantastic. Very professional in their work and the results show . But also some of the nicest people you'll meet in a hair salon. They can also get you in and out in a timely manner, unlike many places.

25 yo F.Hands down the best haircut and style I've ever gotten! And as an added bonus haven't laughed so much or had such a wholesome experience with not only the hairdressers there, but the regulars who were kind and willing to chat to while away the time.Expert hands, lovely conversation, warm patrons and a fabulous family business, run by a wholesome couple - will definitely be back again, they were fricken glorious!Also the vibe and vibrant colours of the shop made my day.

Super friendly and competent staff.Its great to have found a hairdresser in the city of Sydney (Surry Hills) that is centrally located with plenty of car parks available in the surrounding streets.The most important factor, of course, is that these guys know how to make the dome (head) look good.I was told to give Barberia a try, that was several years ago, I wouldn't want to leave my hair on the floor of any other establishment more than this one!!See you soon!Nici D
