I was recommended to Mr Shutters and Blinds so my expectations were high. They were EXCELLENT! Attention to detail, professional, not pushy, and has great ideas with placements etc. The installers and electrician were professional and their work was tidy and non intrusive. SO HAPPY! The team at 1300Mr Shutters were so professional. From inital contact to consultation to execution they were truthful, affordable and most importantly offered an amazing product. I got blinds installed last week for my business and am so grateful to the team for their help. It's reduced glare in our office and offers us shade and increased productivity coming into the summer months. Excellent work team. Keep it up will definitely recommend.

Quite easily best in the biz! From quoting to fitting, it was an amazing service. We have used Omar twice now and he has both times been efficient with arranging to quote as well as delivery and installation. He’s reasonably priced and has such a great range to offer. He is spot on with his colour and fitting recommendations. Would highly recommend.

I would have loved to leave a 5 star review because that's how it started but it did not end up that way.The quality of the sheer curtains and the roller blinds are great, the also look good. However, inaccurate measurements and miscommunication left us with blinds that don't roll all the way down and hit the skirting board. I tried to contact the person who we dealt with but he just became angry and spoke over me serveal times when I tried to explain the roller blinds where not functional as they left light in from the bottom. Instead of finding a solution to resolve this, he wanted me to pay an extra $130 per blind to fix the issue. They never got back to me. And now I have dodge blinds.Go with this business if you want passive aggressive customer service.

1300 Mr Shutters & Blinds , A lovely family run business, with customers in mind. At no point did Omar pressure me into going with him. He came out and did a quote and showed me everything and answered all my questions I had. I still needed time to process things and do my research. I asked him a few more questions and then engaged him to install our outside shutters. The turn around was fantastic, I anticipated possible delays, but no, his turn around time was spot on. Thank you to both you and your wife for a great team effort. Will definitely recommend you guys.
