Came here for lunch and a coffee, the coffee was shocking, after waiting for over 20 minutes our food still hadn’t come out when asked they said they had completely forgotten. The staff were too busy impressing their extremely loud friend and yelling across the store, wouldn’t give them another chance. The food looked good just don’t come here if you want to feel like a valued customer. Very uncomfortable experience.

Great place to have a chat with both customers and workers. Particularly I found that the barista who I believe is called Mario is extremely nice and is always up for a chat. On top of this, the worker on the dishes is rather charming and blew me a kiss as I walked out. A little bit overpriced but that was made up by the amazing atmosphere, would highly recommend!!

Eclair is a sweet little spot! (Pun intended). I've tried their spinach roll (good) and their soy lattes (also good). They have a range of sweet treats, most famously of course their namesake in different varieties, along with other temptations. Seating inside and out.

Wonderful warm, busy atmosphere. Friendly staff, good coffee, some incredible pastries and baked goods. Some of the other food might be a bit hit and miss...Ordered the pea and ham soup and it came out half cold, and tasted like the cook had really gone to town on cream as an ingredient...But the staff were very helpful and warmed it up when I asked. Try the canelé, they're definitely a highlight.

Outstanding service and Melbourne’s best coffee! Even after moving suburbs, we come every moving and are greeted with open arms. Mario and the team at Eclair have always made us feel so welcome. It’s the reason we keep coming back! I have always admired how many customers they know by name. It’s a testimony to their level of service and creates a wonderful sense of community.The patisseries are also sensational and we’ve never tasted a better croissant!Thank you Eve, Caz and Mario for making our mornings so memorable over the years. We will be regulars for years to come!
