Do not buy this 'Cora' wig - see photosAlthough, it's not in the online photo -Easiwig - also known as Beauty and Hair Australia-emailed me saying -that all synthetic wigs under $400 have this 'permatease' finish --short hairs on top vaguely resembling a mullet...The company stated they will not replace the wig - that it is not flawed.Even though, I bought a synthetic wig for slightly less from a different company which is a perfect short bob style and has no stubbly hair on top...And sure they'll probably reply to this review still saying the wig is not flawed and that to get a wig without stubble you have to spend over $400which would be ok if they said that on the website.

Absolutely horrible staff. Always in a rush and extremely pushy and manipulative. All they want is to sell you the maximum amount of products they can. Everything is overpriced and the quality of services and products is horrible. Keep looking. Do not waste your money and time here. Greedy and unconscionable business conduct. DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. MONEY.Edit: this is the email ID I gave you guys. What. New. Account? You petty leeches.EMPHASIS on pushy and manipulative. They told me they HAD to recover their losses with full priced items and discounts on the website incurred them losses, which you ultimately pay for. Refused a refund of your item KEPT WITH THEM. I liked there face to face service when been there. When I saw online discount deal then thought of trying a purchase and it all went bad. I purchased a $1300 topper from here last month.After placing the order, the customer service team sent an email of back order of 2-3 weeks. Then received another email after 2 days mentioning been the topper is ready to ship, then an email asking me to confirm there email which was confirmed initially but not recorded from their end....then delivery of wrong colour, ...convincing me it's right colour as ordered .... everything ended up with frustration and negativity.They were rude and not apologitic at any stage.I suggest to not to deal with them. Though they are good face to face service when it comes with any issue we can not expect any help from them.

BUYERS & CLIENTS BEWARE. Got my feedback removed from Ebay because I told the truth about them putting wrong address on my item. Contacted eBay about this matter telling them the truth of what they told them. They lie all the time. Said they sent a replacement, that was a lie, said delivery was mine and Australia Posts fault because we redirected the package from the WRONG address that doesn't even exist in Australia they put on the label, that was a lie, they accepted full liability but lied to eBay and got my feedback removed. This is a company that thrive on lies and deception to take your hard earned monies, not only here, but ALL other platforms they get their greedy little hands on. This company even change their name to fool people. Don't waste your time or money on this dodgy business.

When my wig style was discontinued I tried everywhere to find it, but there was just no stock left! Then I found Easi Wigs. The staff were so helpful and presented heaps of similar style wigs to my old favourite. There was so much choice and the quality was far better than my old wig. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff were warm and caring and even made me laugh. I will return and will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a refund and they said it would take 10 days and they could not provide me with any form of refund reference. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. It’s hard enough to even have to buy a wig in the first place but to be sworn at on the phone and treated with such disrespect is beyond appalling. To tell a customer “Life happens and you should roll with the punches” is pathetic!

WARNING: SCAM ALERTGoing through chemotherapy is traumatic. Being fitted for a wig should have been an uplifting experience. The consultant rushed me. She sold me a wig that was not in stock. I was assured I would receive the wig in 5 days.The wig was never in available. I received an email advising it was on backorder with no definite date of arrival.What followed was an experience beyond belief. Including being shouted at in red via email. I was lucky that I paid by credit card. I was able to dispute the transaction through my bank to receive a refund. I am writing to the Cancer Council of Australia and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne regarding this SHAM organisation.

This business is a disgrace! I came here with my partner to choose a wig, and we experienced the worst customer service of our lives. The owner, Shelly, is rude and confrontational. Needless to say, we didn't buy a wig, as we would never want to give this place our money. We should have read the reviews first.

Have been going here for just over a year and I'm now on my third topper, which i'm extremely happy with.I have found the staff to be helpful, friendly and very accomodating (particularly in an emergency).
