Absolutely top notch. Just made my first in-person visit to the Daylesford store to switch up to a mod from a pen-style device. Justeene was simply wonderful. Extremely knowledgable and helpful and patient with a mod newbie. She couldn't do enough for me and helped me no end. I'm now a confirmed Victory Vape customar and fan. I'll be back!!!

My favourite store in the country! They are easily the most responsive, kind and efficient in Australia. Their customer service and consideration alone is sufficient for a 5 star review, but you add to that their significant selection of products in all ranges; ultimately it's without a doubt the first place I check for stock when I'm interested in a product! Highly recommended.
