Melanie J - Functional Food Solutions
Melanie has helped me take my triathlon training and racing to a next level. I contacted Melanie after a DNF at an Ironman 70.3, and we worked very closely on my daily diet as well as my racing hydration and nutrition plan. To ensure I get everything I need during training and racing, she organised a sweat test which provided great insights. She has helped me tremendously in the past 9 months, and knowing I have a great dietitian helping me has definitely boosted my confidence.
