I’ve never seen such generous corn flitters plate!! Halloumi cheese, smashed avocado, grilled bacon and corn flitters all is my favourite !!It takes 20min to get there on foot from my place and I enjoy morning walk to have amazing coffee and meal. Highly recommend.

Love the Local Tart! Great coffee, healthy food, sweets and traditional Italian biscuits, great breakfast and lunch bar. The Local Tart even sells fresh pies and sausage rolls which is a rarity!Such an unassuming place for its location, but trust me it’s worth a stop in, and several returns!The service is fantastic, you can also order ahead using the Skip app. It’s family and dog friendly, a true reflection of the friendly neighbourhood of Leichhardt.

The food is very good and well priced. Just don't sit inside during a hot Summer day. The aircon was not turned on and it was super hot. Come earlier so you get the outside seats

Good coffee with a good flavour.A dog-friendly place with prompt, cheerful service too. The seats are an eclectic mix of basic chairs and stools which are befitting with the style. Plenty of space for a stroller or pram too.

Nick and his team are truly great at what they do. Want good service and a smile with your quick in and out coffee? They got you. Want to stick around for an amazing breaky/brunch? Anything with avocado, feta or halloumi would be my recommendation.My son had his first açai bowl here and recently my wife had a ‘it’s 2pm and I’ve not eaten since breakfast, what can you get me?’ Turns out the answer was the best sausage roll of her life.

Came here with family on Saturday, coffee was just perfect. It was smooth and had a beautiful roundness to it, it was punchy but not in an aggressive way.We ordered the haloumi stack and the ham cheese tomato toastie, both of which were presented beautifully. We also ordered the kids size milkshake and it was not too sweet.It is kids friendly and dog friendly cafe.

Good service and vibe, and the coffee was tasty as well. I only tried the passion fruit tart and lemon meringue tart, which I found pretty average. Would need to come back to try other things on the menu!
