Steve was an awesome help. We are travelling in a caravan with what we thought were batteries that were not holding a charge overnight - or may be a some other issue. Steve came to the campground and replaced them to see if in fact that was the issue. Turns out it was, so very happy with the result. Highly recommend Outback Batteries in Coolalinga

Highly recommend Steve and this service! Helped us out at very short notice with replacement of an Anderson plug on our camper trailer. Had the issue fixed within an hour at a very reasonable price when all others said it would be at least a 2 week wait. Can't thank you guys enough!

Excellent Customer Service, they go the extra mile, and a big thank you to Steve B who assisted us. We travelled from Sydney for our first big camping adventure and found we couldn’t transport the battery by plane for our generator we had bought. Steve was very helpful and assisted us with a battery for our generator on a buy back system as we only needed it for 2 weeks. We also purchased a Fridge for our camping trip and Steve helped by setting up our generator and fridge, keeping all the packaging until we returned 2 weeks later and then re-packing the fridge in the box he kept for us, taping it all up for us to return to fly back to Sydney. We can’t thank them enough and do not hesitate to recommend them.

This company in my opinion has poor service and completely unhelpful .I brought batteries from a man's toy shop in Townsville by 4 all four failed & less than 1 year old .man's toy shop Townsville put me in touch with outback batterys coolalinga.Who are the agent for neuton batteries.They refused to cover the battery s due to low voltage these batteries have done no work and were stored presented as new still.Now all involved in this were as unhelpful & unwilling to address the warranty witch it clearly is 12 months warranty clearly stated and they clearly failed.My advice buy a century they at least cover there warranty & do business with anyone else besides outback batterys.It took them near a week to even come back to me which I had to chase them up.Not really to handy when you operate a commercial business.

These guys were awesome, especially Jake, thanks for getting me out of trouble mate. They had all the test gear, were happy to sell a battery or let me decide not to, had different options charged up on the shelf, and explained the differences. Battery change was free and they had a hold up battery to keep my computer alive. Price smoked a mob down the road that I found searching the internet. Very happy customer. I came here to do about the 4th google review of my life just to spread the word.

What a great Team I spoke to Chris and told him about my battery he suggested that I leave it with him over night and put it on recharge. I picked it up the next day and it was restored to top condition. Thanks Team

Just awesome. Mel is a legend and installed the battery for me. Reasonable price paired with exceptional service. I honestly would have paid more.
