Never using them again used hardship to get tax processed quicker as i haven't eaten 5 days and neither has my 5 yr old step daughter. ATO did process it quicker but H&R said there is no such thing as hardship to get it quicker and myself and my 5 year old step daughter have to wait a further 5 days before buying food. So they can gain interest off of my money and so they can take there bit out. Called ATO to let them know what H&R are doing and they are disgusted will be talking to the aboriginal community centre soon. As this is a form of discrimination.

I needed some paperwork from last tax year and it was unfortunate that, no one in the office for 4 days. I was kept updated from a central call but couldn't get paperwork asap. Did get it when office staffed. Thankyou

Good tax advice and service. Open from 1 July to 17 December 5 days per week. Re opening 17 January 2017 on Mondays and Fridays, till June 2017.

Carolyn Greenwood is a disgrace to the company! Never have I ever come across such a bogan attitude and complete disrespect to clients! Saying things like If I remember to call the ATO" and dismissing my concerns and telling me to take my business elsewhere when I called her out on a lie. Carolyn was supposed to submit a form 5 weeks ago and only submitted it 2 weeks ago which was confirmed by the ATO directly to which she called them "liars" and blamed "democracy"!If only zero stars was an option!"

I had an appointment with Carolyn and was so disappointed with her attitude and will never come back as I'm new to to town and have had great experience with your company before I went to Maryborough Qld she made me feel uncomfortable and judged me on my disability and my life circumstances and said fill the form out and basically get out and it's the worst experience I have ever had next time I'll go somewhere else not helpful or the advice was terrible don't go there just in a d out not knowing what she was doing so unprofessional never again it was a disgrace to your business
