Last 2 times I've got food here is absolutely discussing. . Sandwiches are thrown together with such care they are hard to eat. I just threw my meat ball sub in the bin after 1 bite because of the mess and the lack of meat balls.

Me and my mother ordered on the subways website and pick it up in store the app added stuff we didn't put on it and some of what they put on mine I'm allergic to so we wasted $52 on food we can't eat. We rang the store and the staff had no idea what to do about it and there was not even a store manager so we are stuck with $52 worth of food we can't eat and they won't do anything about it

Please make sure your staff are trained in and care about food safety and hygiene practices. Just got served by a worker that wasn’t removing gloves to serve the next customer after touching the register touch screen - they served at least two customers that we saw with the same pair of gloves, including payment. They removed the gloves and changed them after serving us - must’ve picked up that I was feeling a bit grossed out.

Customer service was extremely terrible. Waited morethan 10 Minutes to order my food. No one come to attend and nobody apologized.

If you like cold meatball and chicken subs then this is the place for you!! They don't even understand how to heat them past room temp. I thought Michelin chefs had it hard but heating up the meat to go on a sub at subway is top tier difficulty.

The ladies were under the pump servicing and making rolls etc.I was very impressed in the way they were dealing with the customers and orders.This is the subway in Burnie on the Easter long weekend.Staff were friendly and lovely.

Went in today to receive the worst customer service I have ever seen from an unenthusiastic young girl omg it was so bad.We like their rolls, however, so we still come here.Customer service needs to pick up its game...Restaurant could do with renovations
