We have used For Sale By Owner to sell 2 houses: Our own in 2019 and my parents-in-law's strata property just this week. Their fee is super reasonable and they give value far above that! Website is easy to use and when we needed help or had curly questions, the chat facility seems to be manned by the CEO 24/7!! Nothing is every too much trouble. Do not hesitate to use these guys, their service is amazing and you save yourself 1000s of $$$ !!!

I listed my Commercial property with them 2 days ago. The site is so easy to use and my Premises was leased within 2 days. I had a question relating to their site and had a response to my email within 5 minutes. Real Estate agents quoted $10,000+ to list my property. It cost us $399 to do it with For Sale By Owner and I couldn't be happier. I know what I'll be doing next time.

Your Settlement Agent handles the paperwork and finances. Don't use an agent to sell your home if you have time to do your own home opens. You will save thousands of dollars!
