Australia Post - Greenvale LPO

Called all day at least 30 times left messages with phone number, as I work and have no chance to pick up parcel seem to be unable to return calls or answer phone

Sorry guys I don't want to be rude.But do we have the worst of the worst post office ever?After waiting close to 40 minutes in line today to get my parce (the older guy with glasses gave me the parcel after checking my i.d)l just to go back to my car and open it and realise I've got somebody else's parcel with kids clothes and trust me worth alot more money then mine was worth.Then I had to wait again in line for another half an hour.With no apology or anything.This is the 2nd time he has made this mistake with my parcels.I complained to them saying why they don't have more staff and as a smart remark they told me we will send an email to management to get more staff???,As if they didn't realise after so many years that 2 people can't run that shop without wasting our time.I'm actually going to see if I can redirect my things to the tattslotto shop.There service is 100% better

I cant understand how Australia post still allows them to run the Greenvale post office. The service is appalling. The delivery guy never gets out of his car just puts the consignment note in the letter box but then you need to go to the post office to get your parcel after you have received a text message saying its at the post office, however they can never find it. They then ask you to come back tomorrow, then the next day. You spend almost a week chasing up your delivery. If i could give them zero stars i would. The wait time to get served is also a joke. i was waiting for 40 minutes just to be told come back tomorrow as we cant find it.

Worst Post Office in Australia. Extremely slow, had to wait 30mins to collect a parcel. They have no system in place to find parcels quickly. Absolutely ridiculous service and would give 0 stars if I could. Australia Post, its franchisee's like this that are making your already teriible reputation worse!

It's very obvious to give this place a zero rate. staff there are completely out of controls and has no idea about the business and customer services. I m just wondering how Australia Post give this business to this quality of people. every time I go there I have to wait the spot where the scale is because it's hard to request an extra scale and also every time you go there you find a new staff and you need to wait as they have zero experience. The whole Greenvale area is serving by one scale and two people.

Parcel collect. After waiting in line for around 30 min. They couldn’t find it. They called me the next day, finally found. In line again. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. If you enjoy wasting your time, come here. And wait in line.

I always dread when I get a calling card to pick up from this LPO. Quite possible the worst customer service, ignorant staff, no sense of customer time, they royally don’t care about cust sat and are a disservice to Aus Post. Please audit AP and change the ownership this is so dismal. I write this as I stand in line for 25 min to collect a parcel

Just received an attempted delivery card while I was sitting five metres away from the front door. I knew I was expecting this delivery and the time frame (hence why I was waiting) the driver knocked once I literally ran to the front door,opened it and he was long gone.In addition the card left had no details left on it (tracking number etc). I have even checked our security cameras. This is the number one thing asked when collecting from the post office (which already is frustrating within itself as they don’t seem to know where things are). Also you are completely unable to phone this post office and although my parcel says it would be able to collect after 4pm (and dated with tomorrows date?!)I highly doubt it would be even there at the time. This has happened more than once with this po/ delivery driver. Absolutely ridiculous as if someone is home waiting for a parcel, at least allow adequate time for them to actually get to the front door from 5m away and don’t just do a quick light knock and run.

Worst post office ever! There were around 10 people waiting in the morning around 9:10am, and only one staff was there and very slow. I went there the other day and one staff was looking for a parcel for an a lady around 20 minutes and still can’t find it.

Rude, dirty, a mess. Manager is shifty, could see them throwing boxes around in the back and these are.peoples parcels by the way, throwing them around to find my parcel while I went up and ask again I want my parcel give it to me now!! It's clearly unorganised and no system in place in there, had a glimpse of it looking through, people try find another post office, or report. Lucky have had to deal with this twice but I'm definitely feeling sorry for people's hard earned cash being thrown around like that. Contact auspost and try requesting another post office due this this
