Chloe K is the example of customer service at its best. She is courteous and friendly with a happy disposition. A wonderful asset to this business, i collection and I will ensure all my accessories continue to be purchase from here.

I feel very dissatisfied with the service attitude of the staff here. I came and bought an iPad case here few days ,I said the size and the staff gave me the wrong size I came to exchange it for another size because I lost the invoice, so the staff here made it difficult for me. But that's not the problem, the point I want to say here is that they don't respect me, are handling my business, they have a new customer, they don't receive us anymore and go out to serve new customers. I stood there for 30 minutes and they were still laughing with disrespect. Then they came back to deal with it again with a very disrespectful attitude. Out of anger I left their products there with no return or refund for my self-esteem. I never come back again!Today 20/05/2021Time :7pm

Extremely rude customer service, especially Bella, she is extremely rude and does not even understand what customer service is. I purchased an iPhone 14 guard, which was poorly fitted and when complained on spot, and their reply was just come back and will put another one. Camera guard was of extremely poor quality, came off in less than a week and when we went back to get a replacement Bella’s question was how do I know if the cover was sold for this particular phone and kept arguing in a rude manner even after the receipt was showed. Do not go here until you want to waste your money.
