How helpful are these guys. Had a young salesman literally walk around the shop with me (like my own personal shopper) helping me with my purchases. Ok, I spent a lot, but it was really great (and unexpected) service. He even helped carry everything to my car. Well done JB Hi-Fi Maroochydore!

Extremely helpfull staff and great service. I bought a TV of display and they forgot to put the power cable for the TV in the box. I still opted to give them 5 stars tho as the staff really arr fantastic and nice. The cable was just a simple easy mistake to make that wasn't hard to rectify. I bought a new one from Harvey Norman as it was closer to where I lived and cheaper than the fuel I would use to drive back. They also offered to send me a voucher for the mishap.

Kim was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me with the products I wanted and she worked out a good deal for me. She was patient and did not rush me. Thank you Kim for all your help. I went in to buy some earbuds only to have to wait over 20 minutes to find the one and only team member who was willing to serve me and the other 3 customer also waiting for 10+ minutes. I at one point went looking for someone not serving, saw a gentleman" but could not get his attention. He walked past about 5 minutes later with noone around him so I politely asked "excuse me sir"

I made an error with my purchase, and being a typical male, forgot about returning it within the 30 day conditions of purchase. Rang the HOME store and pleaded my case with the wonderful sales person (Jen). Told to 'come on down', and did so for a full refund with a smile. Wonderful customer service, will definitely be going back. Very pleasant knowledgeable staff. Should be called Good Guys, but that names taken.

28.03.2023 Today's visit to JB -Fi was for asking about an external Hard Drive. The young lady that served us was extremely helpful - explained everything and gave us options. It is nice to see a staff member actually taking time to reasure a customer - that they are not only a number. Thank you - management should be proud of such employees!
