worst massage i ever had, he left me 3-4 time during massage to see his customers and keep saying sorry we are busy. Never recommend this place

My husband and I have been attending this business for a year now. We have Private Health and have used dozens of other Massage Therapists in the past. We have had massages at this particular business by Christy, Frank, Anthony & another gentleman there. All are very highly skilled and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone. Amy is the best staff. She has healed me with dry needling and massage. She is so polite and professional. I was in agony and I walked out without pain. Highly recommended.

Quality varies greatly depending on masseuse. I've had two great massages there and one of the worst massage experiences ever there. The older man named Peter (Not the younger Peter who is GREAT) had an unsettling inconsistent technique, was heavy breathing over the top of me, kept asking me for feedback every 30 seconds 'sore or not sore?' The entire time , then finally, wouldn't STOP massaging after I told him to repeatedly and I was trying to get up off the table. They did offer a replacement massage from another masseuse which was great. But it was a distressing and horrifying experience, in hindsight. I won't be back.

Unfortunately, the person massaging me swapped over half way through and the second person to take over was certainly not an experienced masseuse. I’m afraid I won’t be back.

Very disappointing. Paid $50 for 25 minute back massage and my daughter could have done a better job. The masseuse was very old and only used one hand at all times, mainly just rubbing my back.He could not speak english so even though I asked for it to be a bit harder, Im not sure he understood. Regrettably, I won't be back, which is a shame because it used to be quite good.

One of the more decent shopping centre massage stores that offers health fund rebates. Service is great, fellow at reception is very friendly and store is basic and clean. The massage itself varies depending on who you get. The technique and pressure was firm and on point with the older gents, and was more of a gentle wobbling, off point with the lady masseuse. There are a few different massueses but so far the random males assigned have all been good.

Amazing relaxing service! Was recommended by friend. However, the therapist continued to press a nerve on back of my head for so long so that it continued to pain for atleast 5 days :(Pros: professional therapists, men and women.Cons: right at the entrance of Coles and Arndale shopping center with only curtains diving the massage sections, leaving you almost no privacy and no peace while getting massaged.
