No respect for their clients. Just because it’s a first car doesn’t mean you can break things without consequences. Seriously average.

Couldn’t even be arsed getting up from the counter to give a quote on a respray. Said he’s not in the business of doing resprays, even though it’s on his website.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience when getting our car repaired. We have a brand new LandCruiser that we accidentally got a dent in the rear quarter panel. After getting two quotes we decided to use Western Suburbs Body Works. When we pick the car up it looked fantastic, it had been freshly washed and was still wet. After a couple of days we noticed a white milky residue all over our brand new snorkel and black bump stops on our bull bar. We took it back to them to have a look and they said they weren't sure what it was. I then took the car to two separate car detailers who commented on the amount of overspray on the surface of the car and glass and that the staining on the snorkel and the bump stops was some form of paint and it could not be removed. I contacted them again to discuss over the phone and they told me that it must have happened in the baking process and that they were happy to paint my snorkel black. I do not want my snorkel painted black and have asked the advice of a few other people including the installer of the snorkel who said having a painted snorkel was not a good idea. I am very disappointed in the way they have handled this complaint I would think it's fair that they replace my snorkel and bump stops on my bull bar. I have since paid a detailer to remove all of the overspray and had him to try at length to remove the staining from the snorkel and bump stops with no luck . Very unhappy.

I have had them fix my car twice over a period of 12 years. They do an excellent job. Last time my insurance company insisted I go to Rolscar in Sumner Park - a bad experience, just trying to get them even to include obvious damage in their quote. Luckily I already had a quote from Western Suburbs Body works to prove what damage needed fixing. Then the absolute stink from the paintwork for 2 months was overwhelming. Never had any of that this time or last with Western Suburbs BW. Luckily the insurer of the person who hit me this time let me go to WS for the repairs. I could have gone to Rolscar and had some cab vouchers, etc, but I preferred to pay the extra to have Western Suburbs BW do the work.I can't reccommend them highly enough! Thanks guys.
