GREAT PRICE BUT TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!Purchased an 8.5kW unit at a great price and free shipping!I needed to know when the unit would arrive so I could organise installation so I emailed them to ask when I could expect delivery. They responded that they would give me the TNT consignment number as soon as It was shipped.Out of the blue, the unit (indoor and outdoor) was dumped, on a pallet, at my doorstep. Twenty minutes later, I got an email from UR Refrigeration advising me of the the consignment number.But it was cheap, with free shipping.

Had the Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning installed, Sam was very helpful from first contact Addressing my concerns with my old style decorated ceiling, price was very competitive, and the team was absolutely professional, very happy with the result, and would recommend UR Air conditioning to all.

This would have been a 5 star review except the installation team left all the trash from the job for me to dispose of rather than taking it with them. I was told it was just the card board box that compressor came in that was being left, but when I checked it later it was full of hoses, metal fittings and bulky styrofoam from the job - which is much harder to dispose of than folding down a cardboard box. It is way more trash than I can fit in an 80L bin. It's a real shame because the team at UR up to the point had been fantastic - fair pricing, clear communication, quality installation, punctual, professional and they cleaned up all the areas where they had worked... but they left all the trash in a big box for me to deal with.

First went to the showroom. They really know there stuff and the value was great as well.The tech team came with Mohammed at the led. He had 4 split systems (as I requested) with him. But quickly worked out the house would be better suited for ducted.He organised a ducted system. I picked it up the system while the guys started working. And they did it in a day.Really clean. Professional and great outcome.Highly Recommended

Sam and team were initially nice to deal with while getting the quote. However, their tradie that came to do initial wiring was extremely rude, didn't have the necessary equipment and kept making excuses to avoid doing the electrical wiring correctly (putting it in a conduit, which is required as per Australian standards).On contacting the office, Sam and team did not do anything to mend this situation. We cancelled our contract after this, even though it meant losing $350+ deposit for what amounted to 10 minutes of shoddy and illegal work.

Great prices and friendly service with UR Air conditioning. Ongoing rain delayed our initial install but Rana managed to slot us in within a few days.Technicians did a great job and cleaned up before finishing up. Highly recommend these guys

I cannot recommend Sam and the team more - from the outset when we sought quotations through to their friendly follow-ups (thanks for patience Rana) through to visits to understand our issue, take measurements and their ability to get the job done properly and on time means I would never hesitate recommending them.When the new air-con unit they'd ordered to replace an older unit that wasn't working well was built, Sam discovered it was the wrong size and wouldn't fit in our apartment so he and his technician worked to address the issue with the older unit. The technician spent 6 hours putting the fixed up older unit in and ensuring it was working perfectly before he left after midnight. They went the extra mile as we had an elderly visitor staying with us and the air-con was critical.So thanks guys - really appreciate the professionalism, extra effort to make things happen on time and should we ever have aircon issues in the future, we'll look no further!
