I would recommend Heed Education for anyone who is looking for flexible on line learning that will fit in around work and other commitments. The course was well set out with easy to follow instructions. Monica is fantastic and always follows up very promptly with any queries that you have along the way. You always feel supported throughout your course. 5 star service.

After making the decision to study for my Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, I researched and made enquiries with several online learning providers. Heed Education came out on top for me. In terms of both price and professionalism, I could not fault them. I was very impressed with the way Monica promptly answered all my enquiries and addressed any concerns I had. Feedback was always prompt and Monica was so approachable and easy to talk to.I felt well supported throughout the entire duration of my studies and recommend Heed Education without hesitation to anyone considering furthering their education.

I enjoyed my course with Heed. The student portal was easy to use. I found the timetable really useful in keeping me on task which is something I struggle with when doing online learning. The feedback and support provided is helpful and really responsive.

I completed the Professional Accounting Training with Virtual Internship Program at Heed Education and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to take a step further in their bookkeeping/accounting career. The trainers offered great support throughout the program, the classes were easy to follow - you could also opt to watch them on your own time, and the case study at the end provided real life experience as a bookkeeper. 5 stars all the way!

I have recently completed my BAS Agent Registration Skills Set, upon making my decision to further my career I researched various education precincts that were Nationally Recognised by the Tax Practitioners Board.I made a number of enquiries with different precincts but I quickly made my decision to complete the course with Heed Education. I procrastinated for months trying to choose the best college to study Cert IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. Heed Education were slightly more price wise but it's the best decision I made because the quality, deliverance and structure of the course exceeds my expectation so much.
