Deserves zero stars. Customer service is non-existent. They rejected my order because I requested delivery to a parcel locker (no information about not delivering to parcel lockers at checkout). No one bothered to contact me. Emails were completely ignored. I finally managed to 'chat' to someone online who told me that it had fallen through the cracks". They processed a refund but weren't interested in the inconvenience that had been caused. Apology was completely fake - the person told me to 'have a nice day' which was disgustingly sarcastic and patronising. They had the potential to receive repeat orders from me as I have my own online store

Been purchasing my filament from here for a while and it always prints perfectly. The owners are great to chat with and super responsive

Amazing products and great customer service! Shipping was super fast and packaged nicely (loved the shrink wrap on the spool). The filament prints very nicely and it's neatly wrapped around the spool so I've never had any issues with my prints. Highly recommend trying their filament!
