We recently used John Davies & Co and certainly won't be doing that again. There was a significant paperwork stuff up which was identified by the bank at contract exchange and transfer of the property was delayed. The previous owners rightfully asked for interest payments to be covered due to this delay. John Davies & Co accepted no responsibility and we incurred the full interest cost. In John's words You can try to sue us if you'd like"!"

I would like to highly recommend Kim Jubb and his team, especially Randall. They've handled a couple of different legal issues for us now and they've got us favourable results. I recently dealt with Kim Jubb and the team from John Davies & Co in Toowoomba for the sale of my house I can not recommend them enough their professionalism and willingness to get the job done was beyond what I could have imagine , I also had another issue arise whilst I was dealing with them that required a solicitor and Kim helped me out of a pickle , and I might add didn’t charge me a scent ... Would not hesitate to use these guys again 10/10 !!
