H&R Block Tax Accountants - Logan Central

Won’t recommend to anyone, even if they do it for free.Disrespectful response from staff, when I said I thought my return was going to be more, and telling me that health here was free, and that police had to be paid . My respect to all these professionals on health and police, but this lady doesn’t have to tell me this.It’s been 3 weeks now since lodgement and when I called the ato they said they only have received my lodgement. This is more than desrespectful, when I was expecting my return. And still nothing.At this moment Monday, 5 of August at 2:13pm, I just left the H&R block office and I asked them what was happening. I told them I was not happy with this and asked why the petrol and laundry/washing was not included. Just in petrol and washing was $92 that are not returning to me, and the lady says only $92, but it is $92 that won’t come back to me because they DID NOT MAKE A GOOD JOB. I’m not accountant, who knows what else could be claimed, this is a lie what they say on their ads and slogan, they DO NOT, give you the best returned.Another thing when I called to do the booking, I was told it was one price, when finished there I was told a second price and today as I was doing my complaint to them they tell me yet a third price. It’s a joke and total disrespect of the customer. Think well where to do your return, I’m sure there are better companies and Cheaper.

Worst service, even they cant help their students. The first day students were waiting and no one was their at all.

H&R Block office in Mackay where friendly and efficient.Because we lived 130 klms away we where able to do our returns over the phone .We are Grey Nomads on a continuous working holiday and this year I had 4 payment summaries and this office only charge me 1 flat fee to do my returns.My wife and I where very happy with the service provided and highly recommend this office .

Did my return and told me i would get a full amount for my kms, only for my file to be lost and the found 2 weeks later only because i rung them to enquire. Then i was told that i am only getting $108, thanks. Going somewhere else next time.
