Can’t Thank Edi enough for his honesty & recommendation. Came in to buy the most expensive Commercial Treadmill to start my daughter’s health journey but his genuine intentions along with experience recommended something else that is more affordable to achieve the result.He explored more why am I not joining my daughter on her health journey together?I never thought of it, so he advice along with the treadmill to include a bike so I can join her on the journey which cost me less but gained great Value along with a service that can’t be matched.Importantly I’m investing in my daughter’s health and enjoy the journey together.Edi I can’t Thank You & Team enough. We went to treadmill warehouse over the weekend after being disappointed with the big chain stores. Eddie was very helpful and friendly. He has a wide knowledge of his products and provided an honest and reliable service. Will definitely be coming back when we need more fitness gear.

Edi gave me expert advice on the different treadmills, what would work best for the space I had at home, as well as in relation to my goals. The professionalism, friendliness and endless patience he had for my many questions was much appreciated. The people delivering the treadmill also deserve my thorough thanks, they were cheerful (not an easy thing as I live in the third floor and have no lift), quick and efficient. Dealing with Edi at Treadmill Warehouse has probably been the absolute best experience in terms of customer service that I have experienced from any store.I never write reviews and most people only write negative reviews when they've had a bad experience. But this experience well deserves the review I am giving it today.I live interstate where there really isn't many options for treadmills so I'm left with either travelling a long distance or ordering remotely and having it delivered.I initially contacted quite a few different retailers in different cities via their online contact forms or email to try and purchase a good quality treadmill that I already had my mind made up about - a Matrix TF50 with XIR console. Some stores didn't respond, some responded with an email reply, and Edi responded by email and actually called my phone without me ever expecting it. During the call, he asked a few questions to make sure that the treadmill I had chosen is the best fit for my needs and wants. It is an expensive treadmill and he worked out a good deal for me. The following few days he had to figure out the logistics and freight cost to have it sent interstate. Edi got back to me with freight costs - one method to have it delivered to my nearest depot where I go and collect it, and another method to deliver it directly to my home which adds a considerable extra cost to the delivery because of my location and the need for a tailgate truck. I chose to pick it up myself. Edi also offered for it to be setup for me but I am very capable and cluey enough to do it on my own so I didn't accept that offer.Once I paid for it on the Monday, it was delivered to my depot on the Friday so a 4 day turn-around was super quick. Once the depot called me at around midday, I got on the phone to my local ute hire company and hired a single cab long tray back ute. Went and picked it up from my depot that afternoon. Edi advised me the best way to load it on the ute - heavy end of the box toward the rear for easier unloading and prevent it being top heavy when standing up. Good thing he did tell me that because yes it is very very heavy particularly that end of the box. Set it up on Sunday evening took me about an hour.Edi has answered all queries I have had and has provided the best service and buying experience anyone could ask for.When I am ready for my next piece of cardio or strength equipment, I will be sure to contact Edi again at Treadmill Warehouse.

I purchased my treadmill from Treadmill warehouse Smithfield some 5 years ago and needed to replace running mat. I called Edi and he arranged for a new mat and installation and service. The experience was just as good as when i first purchased the treadmill. Edi is knowlegable and friendly and provides a great service. Would definitely recommed this store if you are in need of a new tredmill. Thanks again Edi John

This was a total lockdown purchase that did not disappoint!! Had THE best buying experience with edi… I had a rough idea of the kind of spin bike I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure what I needed ( I’m not training for the Tour de France but also didn’t want a basic set up)but after we chatted on the phone edi asked me a few questions and was able to suggest what bike would suit me the most for what I was wanting to do with it… He knew a lot and was understanding and helpful… the handover was very smooth and delivery happened pretty much the next day- which was unheard of in lockdown. I really wanted to support a local business especially in the current climate & edi and his team even assembled the bike and got rid of the boxes at the warehouse which was a great bonus! Can’t recommend enough!!

I cannot recommend Edi and his team enough. I ordered my treadmill and it was delivered and installed the next day by two lovely and very professional people. I ended up having trouble downloading a firmware update and Edi arranged for someone to call me straightaway and walk me through the process which was a very easy fix. I found Edi incredibly helpful when making my decision as to which treadmill suited our needs and he genuinely cares. I will definitely be a returning customer if I ever have need for more equipment.
