Nice people that work there. Very friendly but very poor quality of work, spent a few hundred on a phone screen replacement and they didnt stick it down properly went back again and again. They Couldnt fix the problem just made it worse. Went to a different phone place and they fixed it within a few hours for half the price.

had my macbook air taken in after accidentally throwing a charger at the screen and damaging the lcd. michael fixed my macbook screen in under 3 days and i was charged a reasonable price but it was so worth it as they replaced the whole top half. highly recommend as their service is very good and quick, great communication too!

We took my mothers IPad to another repair place and were told it was completely dead and we needed to buy a new one.Deciding to get a second opinion took it to the Phone Surgery in Vincentia and had the most amazing customer service plus they were able to fix it with a new screen, button and battery costing just $200 compared to a few thousand of what a new one would cost.Highly recommend this business!

Very sad with the experience I've had with this repair of replacing my screen. They broke the back and had to replace that another week later and since then my glass is not stuck down and the rear is worse than the front glass.3 times I've been back. Now I am going to fair trading to have this fixed. Very poor quality of work and very poor management, no tradesmen in this shop. Sad to be taken for my $160 repair bill that is not fixed but has more repairs needed now.
