Good average, waited for ages for plates to be removed from a table. Don't order any coconut prawns...you will regret it. Hot as he'll in area near kids zone. Up note...kids zone air conditioned and entertaining for them. Bring good coins to help extra entertainment.

Very nice tasting food, portion sizes for the entree (pork belly) was a tad small, not worth $15. Food took almosy an hour and half to come out and the meals didnt come out together so I was quiet disappointed considering this used to be my favourite place to eat. The bar and live music downstairs though, superb. Everyone downstairs is nice, even the guards and the owner defs reccomend palmy pub.

We've been coming here for dinner at least once a week for a couple of years and always enjoyed it - until recently.The price has gone up and the quality has gone down, we're now looking for a new local dinner option.

Normally go here when we visit a disabled family member, the staff are always very pleasing and understand the requirements of th disabled. The main downfall is the entrance from the street has an incline and the entrance from the car park has a few steps. The meal are exemplary for the price, and the views from the veranda help to entertain our family.

Lovely venue, interior is nice. Reasonable service, but the food took a long time (we were warned after placing order) and the quality was mediocre at best. Unfortunately cannot recommend eating here when there are better venues locally.

First time there for lunch ,after waiting nearly an hour for food ,we were served dried (over cooked) Parma and cold mushroom grill. Offered a free drink as compensation for the wait . Nice ambience though.

Great Pub/hotel. Food excellent, Manager great lady & staff happy & helpful. Hold some interesting events & have great band night for the locals. Pub/Hotel really worth a visit - good social friendly atmosphere.

Got to be one the top local hotels on the whole Sunshine Coast! Recently fitted out(?), this place is great. We had a fun Friday night recently - with great food and service. Different bars, for different tastes - live bands, and/or relaxing upstairs on the comfy chairs. Good selection of beers and wines too. Indoor kids play area too!My steak was cooked perfectly to order, and my wife's Risotto was good too. Food was also delivery pretty quick, given it was a busy Friday night.No complains here.Go there!

The Palmwoods Hotel has has a facelift. The bistro has a good range of fare including delicious Nolan's steaks. I had the barrumundi special as per the blackboard menu. It was great fish was well cooked. The coconut prawns were fantastic as normal. Service was great even after a couple of table changes. Good honest pub food.
