I had my wedding band custom made with Nav and his team at Gold & Gems. Nav was so patient and made sure it was designed as per my vision, and made sure it would sit and fit well with my engagement ring. He and the team did an excellent job, that too, in a timely manner. The wedding band is stunning; I had it beautifully engraved as well by the team. Thankyou Nav and Gold & Gems, I will be back!

GOLD & GEMS are truly a local gem. My partner and I did not know much about jewelleries, and we approach Nav for our engagement and wedding rings set. We wanted something simple and low profile as it is the style we are comfortable with wearing every day. Nav was responsive to our ideas about the ring designs and also gave us great recommendations. He kept us updated with the progress of the production. We also won't forget his warm, friendly team who made us feel like we were going through the process with family members. We are very happy with the service we received from Nav, he has gone above and beyond to provide us with what we were looking for. The whole process was really easy and efficient. We ordered both of our wedding rings, the rings turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the end result. From designing and choosing the ring to getting it executed. We got the rings in time as well. Nav’s customer service was exceptional and he made sure the bride and groom life’s were stress free when it came to delivering the rings before the wedding. I picked up my anniversary ring today and I am thrilled to say that it looks absolutely stunning. Initially, when I went to see the rings, the one I had my heart set on was not available in my size. However, after speaking with Nav, we came to an agreement to have a new piece made using the same design to fit my size. The customer service was exceptional, and Nav was super friendly and accommodating throughout the process.
