Would give half a star . Bought a sounder which turned out to be the wrong model in box 200ks round trip to return to get the right one then was made to wait an hour for staff to find tge right sounder and power cord with no apology or anything. Went back to buy a navionics + card which had a price tag of 169 then was told that was just for an update. Walked out not happy and bought online for $141

This happened on 30th December Friday 4Pm.We were going to collect the item we ordered online.The customer service was really poor from the female staff called “Careea”. She is about 175cm and maybe late 30s in age.Not sure if we spelledcorrect due to she didn’t put her name tag on but other staff members did.She didn’t greet us and also served us with a suspicious attitude.We felt extremely uncomfortable and racism.As a largest outdoor retailer in Australia-BCF should improve their customer service to be more fair and respectful to all the customers .

Used to love BCF but now they seem to mostly stock Wanderer brand and the shop is filled with rows of the same items in the same brand, so I can’t browse or compare items and prices across different brands. Going elsewhere.
