I was there today this young lady Katie did a picture off my usb printed off a2 photo laminated she was so helpful. need more staff like her. would recommend her for employees of the mouth for being kind and helpful

Extremely helpful in finding me an item that was on clearance. Especially as its price was only $1, but the staff member went over and beyond to find it for me when not on the shelf it should have been. I will definitely be back.

Very poor form. Without my permission, they added a donation to charity to my bill which I only discovered when I got home and went through the receipt. They must have thought I wouldnt notice with all the small items I purchased.That's deceptive.Cashier's name was Elijah.Called to speak to them, sat on hold for more than 10 mins and got a snotty uncaring response from the girl that answered the phone.

Still can't shake off the fact that they'd rather go up and help an old person who knows what they're doing than the special needs teenager who's confused. Must've upped their game like the day after.

Each and every time I come to this store, I’m greeted by people who seem as though their souls have been destroyed. Customer service is pretty lacking and there seems to be no joy.

Always helpful clean shop friendly staff so far everything I've needed each time I go in its in stock ... vary rare these days to have all things needed as a business owner operator I need to have things on hand so im extremely happy with tgis store its in a mega complex of shops in the area lots of parking available and if no cat there is public transport hubs near a few bus stops

Don't waste your time using their self-service photo printing. 1 out of 4 machines works and it still has issues. Good to waste an hour of your time.Go somewhere else for your photos.
