Hired the company to dig out 110 ml from the side of my house. Did the job correctly, however, whilst he was doing the job has broken my concrete slab that was there for the purpose of a future shed, and also broken my concrete border for my garden bed - both were damaged when driving the excavator onto it, with no forewarning that it may occur when quoting the job.When we raised the issue the response we recieved was totally unprofessional and rude, the profanities were not warranted.Am now out of pocket for the repairs that we have to do for the slab and retaining wall and no offer of compensation or even a slight discount for the mistakes made.Would not recommend this service.
