Very happy with Jodie and Daryl’s service. I was passing through Gympie when my car broke down and was lucky enough to get the car inspected on the same day.As Daryl said, it was like opening a can of worms trying to diagnose the issue but he was still happy to go ahead and eventually sourced the issue after trying a few different things. Nervously anticipating a very high price for all the work put into the car, i received the bill and was very surprised with how reasonable the price ended up being.A very accommodating business when they certainly didn’t need to be, which takes a lot of stress out of a situation like mine.I would definitely be using Daryl and the team as a regular if I lived in the area.

Our Holden Commodore had a noisy wheel bearing.In a emergency Ultimate Automotive fixed it in 3 hours time.Great und friendly service.

Our Ute had a last minute blown turbo house 2 hours before closing time before a public holiday. We called up after being turned away elsewhere and the ladies at reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. They got us in straight away and fixed the problem in less than an hour. We were so impressed and grateful we could continue on with our holiday. Great quality and honest service, could not recommend any higher!

A MECHANIC WHO CAN'T FIT HUBCAPS PROPERLY??? - Having only recently moved to Gympie from the Sunshine Coast we thought we would give this business a go with our work vehicle servicing requirements. A mistake it seems!During the 60,000klm routine service with them, we asked for a wheel rotation to be included. A couple of weeks after we noticed a hubcap missing from one of the wheels. We checked the other wheels and discovered that the remaining three hubcaps had not been refitted by them correctly after the wheel rotation. We easily rectified their mistake by clipping them on properly which was witnessed by one of our employees.This mechanic had all the excuses under the sun when confronted about it such as 'this is a common issue with hubcaps falling off with these VW Caddy vans', 'the plastic hubcaps are fatigued, that's why they fell off' and 'we have video footage that they were fitted correctly'. It was only when we crouched down and had a very close look that we realised the error, so any video footage proof would be futile! We didn't come down in the last shower Daryll!We contacted our usual VW specialist mechanic on the Sunshine Coast about this who stated that their is no such issues with the hubcaps and only way the hubcaps could possibly come off is in a serious crash/accident.It's a shame this mechanic can't own up to making a mistake. We certainly would as honest and ethical business owners!We will be staying with our Sunshine Coast VW specialist mechanic from now on, who is honest, professional, better value and has refitted our hubcaps correctly the three previous wheel rotations. This is not about money, this about being honest and ethical.Now for the lengthy, inconsequential response from the mechanic with all the excuses under the sun!

Jodie and the team have been so helpful managing our fleet of Utes and light trucks. Easy to book in a service and great communication whenever there are any major repairs required. Have helped us out at short notice on a number of occasions. Great to have a team I can trust with our vehicles. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Excellent is all i can say.Daryl and Jodie are the most amazing and professional people.Jodie is warm and welcoming and keeps you up to date.I appreciate that I am given choices of what needs doing and costs upfront before I agree so there is no shock bill at the end as Ive experienced elsewhere in the past.
