The level of customer service that accompanied my incredible Copper Bath was second to none.Its nearly a shame that a Copper Bath is a lifetime purchase- as it would be an absolute pleasure to deal with Glynis again and again and again. We absolutely love our copper bath and basins and are so happy with the exceptional customer service that Glynis provided. The bath and basins are the centrepieces of our ensuite and we could not be happier with the quality and look of these absolutely stunning pieces. The bath is incredibly comfortable and the metal warms to the temperature of the water to provide such a cosy experience. We have also added a circular, beaten copper sink to our bar which also looks stunning!

Our beautiful bath and basin arrived yesterday. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and can't wait to install them in the ensuite. It took a while to obtain due to shipping difficulties from the supplier but the lovely Glynis kept us informed every step of the way and it was well worth the wait. When the items finally arrived in Aus, Glynis had them couriered immediately and even sent the plugs by post so there was no danger of losing them in transit. A fabulously friendly, helpful company.
