Ordered the mates box got home, realised they hadn’t given us the burgers, called like about 10 times and they kept hanging up, went there to get my the burgers or a refund and they gave us the burgers that were 45 minutes old from when we originally ordered. No apology, the guy didn’t care and the drive thru girl was too busy talking to her friend that was sitting on the floor

Heard some customers ask and complain about the wait times since they werent communicated. some of the front of house staff joked about and mocked customers reactions . One of them told a male customer to go cry about it bi***ch". was there on 14/06/23 at 6:30pm."

Filthy restaurant, we were the only customers and I had to ask for the tables to be cleaned, floors were disgusting. Chicken fillet burger contained the tiniest piece of chicken and was mostly bread and sauce. Very disappointing!

After a bad experience 12mths ago, I gave this store a second chance. Today I ordered a 21pc bucket & got exactly that. All the pieces were in a bucket & not a box because they were cut too small, the pieces were of a adequate size. The chicken was nicely cooked, not dried out & hard too swallow, or the most frequent problem, excessively oily. The crumbing was a bit lite, however overall it was an enjoyable meal. I'm happy with today's quality of food. I will return again. Enclosing with the most important. Fast food is no longer a cheap option for people, I hate feeling of poor value for money, I believe in a fair deal, I received that today. Thank you.

If there was a zero star rating that’s what I would rate browns plains KFC. Went to store just around 8:40pm on 21/12/2022. Ordered 6 piece original chicken and 6 wicked wings. The 6 original pieces were smaller than the wicked wings. Went to exchange it. One lady in pink shirt at cash register just looked at us, did not acknowledge us. Eventually told us that she does not work in the front and we must speak to someone else. Did not call the someone else. Next person told us kitchen was closing and being cleaned and that was all the chicken left. Why did they not tell us that when they took our order. Front line are most unfriendly, don’t greet, no smile and over all no customer service. NEVER WILL THEY RECEIVE OUR SUPPORT AGAIN.

Horrible wait time!Been waiting for 20 mins and the line wasn’t even half full.. not good at all.My car ate more fuel then I did food.Will not be returning and suggest you get better employees

Let's see:They ran out of drinks, they don't have enough cooking stations for fried chicken (orders are being backed up), not enough staff, forgot our potato and gravy, forgot some nuggets, the chicken sizes have shrunk, we checked in 20mins early in the app and still had to wait 25 minutes, forgot the spicy chicken (was just regular recipe) and there is not enough people in the kitchen. Also, there was a carpark of cars backed up and the eating area was filled with people waiting for their orders, especially if they had fried chicken; we didn't help things with our order being the largest pack.But during the day it's basically a ghost town... (Best time to order)I know everyone in the kitchen is doing their best and the owner did hire more people since my last visit but boy did you underestimate the dinner rush.

Really disappointing, came in for dinner at 9pm, a trainee served us with no support from experienced team members. Only to be told they had run out of quite a few things. During all of this, all other team members in the kitchen were yelling and acting very unprofessionally. The food we did get was stale and most of it cold. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This would have to be the worst KFC I've ever been to, the 10 piece box was over cooked and extremely dry, the two large chips you could keep, think they may have been cooked in the afternoon, or they need to change the oil, order six nuggets but only get 5.Overall very disappointed with the experience of this meal and would recommend Brown's Plains KFC for a meal.

Worst KFC ever!!! Burnt chips, stale chips and very very salty!! Burnt chicken nuggets!! Very disappointed!! This is a genuine review, please do something about your food. Thank you! And don't take advantage of those who order take away, sometimes we just don't have time to sit and eat but we also deserve fresh, nice cooked takeaway!!
